You could be independently handling a workforce of 10-50 odd people and constantly ensuring that every customer who walks into our Store goes back with a tremendous experience.

You also need to be a Graduate with at least 5 years of experience in Retail industry. Your main responsibilities will be achieving & exceeding sales target of the store; maintaining high level of customer service standards and customer satisfaction; leading the team and monitoring day to day operations of the store; store staff training & development. Strategic planning for Sales, Margins, Sales per square feet, Stock turns, cost reduction, organizing store level marketing and last but not the least store profitability will also feature as key responsibilities. IT knowledge is must.

You also need to be a H.Sc. pass with preferably some experience in retail industry. Your responsibilities will include achieving sales target in a specific product category. You will act as a face of the company & should be service oriented. You also need to have up to date product knowledge.
